Louise Dufresne, Ph.D. had a long-standing career with a global energy company, where she had an intensive focus on improving manufacturing processes. Louise’s calling and passion for people developed as she gained knowledge in the practices of Continuous Improvement, Design Thinking and Human Centered Design. With these new skillsets, she had ample opportunity to facilitate ideas to equip teams to succeed. In parallel, she developed a successful coaching practice.With 26 years of experience, Louise's involvement has been proven to advance organizational performance.
